Wanda Lee ALBERT
Mrs. Albert was born Nov. 19, 1934 in Pampa, Tx. to Ernest & Nellie Forducey and passed away Monday at the age of 62. Wanda was raised in Pampa and graduated from Pampa H.S.
She was married to Raymond Albert on Nov. 9, 1951 in Pampa. They established their home in Elk City where they have lived since.
The Alberts' established Circle A Western Wear in 1980 which they have owned and operated since. Wanda was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church.
The family requests memorials be made in Wanda's name to the Carmelite Sisters of Discalced, 20000 N. County Line Rd., Peidmont, Ok 73078.
Wanda was a devoted mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Albert, of the home; 5 children, Paul Albert & his wife Denise of Elk City, Denise Mettry & husband Michael of OKC, Jeannette Selby & husband Tom of Cleveland, Oh, Mark Albert & wife Jacque and Edward Albert & wife Vangie, all of Elk City; 9 grandchildren; an aunt, Margarette Randall of Borger, Tx; uncle, George Forducey of Lawton; a cousin, Laquita Thomasson of Washington, D.C. and a cousin, Dale Forducey of Lawton.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, Jan. 29, 1997 at 1:30 p.m. from St. Matthew Catholic Church with Rev. Stephen Cude officiating. Prayer Vigil will be Tuesday evening, 7:00 p.m., from the Martin Funeral Chapel, Elk City. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery under the direction of Martin Funeral Home.
