Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Adams and Sons Mortuary, with the Rev. Richard Scott officiating. Burial will follow in Cave Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be after noon Thursday and with the family from 7 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
A native of Christian County, she was born Oct. 24, 1898, the daughter of the late Tom and Carrie Watkins Moss. She was a retired employee of the Robert and Elizabeth Woodard family and was a member of Mount Vernon Baptist Church. Her husband, Doc Ferguson, died in 1935.
Survivors include four daughters, Dorothy Bronaugh, Hopkinsville, Betty Wilkerson, Gracey, Carrie Brandon and Georgia Adams, both of Indianapolis, Ind.; three sons, Dee Ferguson and Earman Ferguson, both of Hopkinsville and Jimmie Ferguson, Bronx, N.Y.; 18 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
