William H. Armstrong, 73, of Rutland, PA died Sunday, Dec. 29, 1946. He was survived by his wife, Clara Wilcox Armstrong; sister, Mrs. H. J. (Bertha Bell) Bond of Picture Rocks, PA.; niece, Mrs. A. C. Spanier; nephew, Kenneth Bond, both of Picture Rocks. The body was at the Soper Funeral Home and Monday was removed to the family home, where the funeral was held Wednesday, 1:30 p.m. Rev. O. H.
