Richard Keith Edge Sr., president and CEO of All American Marine, died Wednesday at a local hospital. He was 46.
Edge was a native of Burlingame, Calif., and longtime resident of Mobile.
Survivors include a son, Richard Keith Edge Jr. of Mobile; a sister, Pamela McLaughlin of Mobile; and his fiancee, Renata Monistere of Independence, La.
Visitation will be at 10 a.m. today at Radney Belmany Funeral Home on Grelot Road, followed by a funeral at noon. Burial will be in Serenity Memorial Gardens.
Memorials may be made in his name to St. Mary's Home, 4350 Moffett Rd., Mobile AL 36618, or to the Christ United Church Recreation Department, 6101 Grelot Rd., Mobile, AL 36609.
