Inice moved to Custer County, OK with her parents in 1906 and lived the rest of her life in that part of OK.
She was saved and joined the Baptist Church when she was 10 years of age. She taught Sunday School Classes for more than 35 years in the First Baptist Church of Clinton, OK.
Inice Delight Mason Womble passed from this life March 2, 1953 at 4:55 a.m. of a heart attack in the Clinton Hospital. She was 63 years, 3 months and 18 days old.
Mrs. Womble met and married Bruce O. Womble on June 21, 1908 at Butler, OK. To this union were born two children, one daughter Irene and one son Roy.
She leaves to mourn her passing, her husband, Bruce O. Womble, Clinton, OK., one daughter, Mrs. Ernest R.Forrest, Ft. Worth, TX. one son Rev. Roy O. Womble, Lamesa, TX, her mother, Mrs. H. O. Mason, Tulsa, OK., two brothers, M.O. Mason and M.L. Mason, both of Tulsa, three sisters, Mrs. Joy C.Bond, Tulsa, Mrs. A. A. Brown, Littleton, CO., and Mrs. G. W. McCullough, Bartlesville, OK., four grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon March 4, 1953 at the First Baptist Church, Clinton, OK. Interment was at Mound Valley Cemetery, Thomas, OK.
