Margaret R. Kloss, a resident of Buckman, MN, died June 16, 2002, at St. Otto's Care Center in Little Falls.
Mass of Christian Burial was held June 19 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Royalton with Father Laurn Virnig officiating. Burial was in the Holy Trinity Parish Cemetery.
Margaret R. Kloss was born Oct. 30, 1912, in Two Rivers Tow nship to the late George and Anne (Wiener) Schneider. She grew up in Two Rivers Township and attended school in Elmdale. After graduating she moved to Minneapolis and worked there. Margaret married Anthony Kloss on June 8, 1938 at St. Michael's Church in Buckman. The family farmed in Buckman where they raised 14 children. Margaret was a member of the Birthday Club for over 30 years and a member of Christian Mothers.
Survivors include her sons, James Kloss and wife Lori of Royalton, Kenneth Kloss and wife Eileen of Pierz, Fred Kloss and wife Marcella of Royalton, Tom Kloss and wife Sharon of Royalton; daughters, Janet Ringwelski and husband Ed of Rice, Joyce Block and husband Kenneth of Royalton, Judy Segler and husband Ted of Royalton, Barb Block and husband Bill of Little Falls, Linda Akervik and husband David of Royalton, Connie Sullivan and husband Dan of Pierz, Kathleen Lashinski of Little Falls, Mary Ann Kowitz and husband Keith of Prior Lake and Irene Kloss of Bowlus; sisters, Rose Tieman of California, Emma Popp of Rice, MN, and Louise Zirbel of Rice; 48 grandchildren and 61 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Anthony Kloss; daughter Marge Popp; son-in-law, Kenneth Popp and infant granddaughter.
