ELIZABETH KENYON


Elizabeth Gertrude Kenyon died Saturday evening, April 27, 1929 at 6 o'clock at her home 821 Fifth Street, after an illness of four weeks from influenza with complications of heart trouble.

She was born in Huntingdon September 16, 1906, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred W. Kenyon. She was aged 22 years, 7 months and 11 days.

Elizabeth was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church and was interest in church events. Her death came as a great shock to her family and many friends who loved her for her sincerity and loveliness of character. She was a graduate of Huntingdon High School, class of 1923, and for some time has been employed in the office of the Huntingdon Specialty Company. She was a member of the P O of A.

She is survived by her mother and father and the following brothers and sisters: Emory, Harry, Margaret (Mrs J Stewart Dysart), Elwood and Susie.

The funeral Service will be held Tuesday Afternoon at 2 o'clock at Brown's Funeral parlor, conducted by Rev Albert E Davis with interment in the Riverview Cemetery.
