Virginia Doris Adams, 84, of Brick, passed away Thursday at her home.
She was born in Newark, NJ and lived in East Hanover before moving to Brick six years ago.
Mrs. Adams was a Licensed Practical Nurse for Madison Day Care Center in Madison.
She was also a communicant of St. Dominic's Church, Brick. She was a past member of the Woman of Irish Heritage.
She was predeceased by her husband Frederick W. Adams in 2003.
Surviving are three sons Frederick R. Adams, Avon, NJ; William Adams and his wife Holley, Lincoln Park, NJ and Robert Adams and his wife Sheila, Lafayette, NJ; a daughter Mary Ann Tiknis and her husband Rick, Brick; twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren and faithful care taker Gerri Wilkins.
Visitation will be Sunday, from 2-6 PM at Colonial Funeral Home, 2170 Hwy.88, Brick. A funeral mass will be held Monday October 18th 10:00 AM at St. Dominic's Church, Brick. Entombment will follow at St. Catherine's Cemetery, Wall Twp.
