Marguerite (Wilson) Dabney
Marguerite Wilson Dabney, 94, of Aledo passed away Thursday, Aug. 2, 2001 in Fort Worth.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Oakwood Cemetery with the Rev. B.F. Risinger officiating.
Mrs. Dabney was born Sept. 16, 1906 in Wichita Falls. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Corsicana, where she was also a member of the Solid Rockers Choir. She volunteered with the American Red Cross Blood Drive, worked as a pink lady at Navarro Regional Hospital, and was very active with the Republican Party office.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Dabney.
Mrs. Dabney is survived by her nephews, David Wilson and wife Jeannie of Santa Cruz, Calif. and William N. Wilson and Angela of Aledo; nieces, Rose Marie Champion of Tyler, Verna McElroy and husband Tom of Abilene, Margaret Walker and husband Carl of San Antonio, Dianne Wilson-Moor of Grand Rapids, Mich. and Jo Wilson of Arlington; and a number of great-nieces and nephews.
