The Huntsville Times, Huntsville, Alabama Wednesday, August 3, 2005. Mary Matthews Allen, age 92, of Huntsville died Monday. She was preceded in death by her husband, Artrow Allen; one daughter, Dorothy Bryant; and two sons, Levoid Allen and Morris Gilbert Allen. She is survived by one daughter, Margie Gibbs; two sons, Grover Allen and Joe F. Allen; 12 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville, where the family will received friends from 6 to 9 p.m. today. Funeral services will be at the funeral home at 1 p.m. Thursday. Burial will at Bellview Cemetery in Brownsboro.
