Mrs. Paul Arens
Mrs. Paul (Mary) Arens, 80, Remsen, died Sunday (Jan. 26, 1975) at Happy Siesta retirement home after a long illness. She had resided at the home for 3'/2 years.
Mary Strohbeen was born Sept. 19,1894, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ferd Strohbeen at Remsen. Her marriage took place Nov. 24,1914, at Remsen. He
preceded her in death in 1967.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary church, Remsen with Rev. Donald Slaven officiating, Burial will be in the church
cemetery under direction of the Fisch funeral home.

Rosary will be recited Tuesday at 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Survivors are two sons, Melvin in California and Ray of Le Mars; four daughters. Mrs. Al (Lavone) Remacle of El Cerito, Calif; Mrs. George (Valora) Rainboth, Joseph Ore.; Mrs. Ned (Lorraine) Howard, Marble Falls, Tex.; Mrs. Jack (Edna) Howard, El Paso, Tex.; fifteen grandchildren and
nine great-grandchildren; three brothers, Joe, Ed and John all at Santa Cruz, Calif.

She was preceded in death by her husband and three brothers.
