Mrs. Lottie Bertha Lee Alexander--A native of Lamison, Ala., and a resident of Mobile, Ala., for the last 16 years, died at a local hospital Thursday, evening, Sept. 10, 1959 at 10:30 o'clock. She is survived by her husband, John Alexander, Mobile, Ala.; three daughters, Mrs. C. M. Boykin, Mrs. L. F. Marks, and Mrs. George S. Stanley, all of Mobile, Ala.; one son, J. W. Alexander, Mobile, Ala.; three sisters, Mrs. Alice Tucker, Sweetwater, Ala.; Mrs. Hattie DeWitt, Billingsley, Ala., and Mrs J. R. Pruett, Meridian, Miss.; four brothers, Walter Lee, St. Petersburg, Fla., John Lee, Lamison, Ala., W. C. Lee, Jasper, Ala., and R. A. Lee, Fayette, Miss.; five grandchildren and other relatives. Her remains lay - in state at the family residence, 2501 McLaughlin Dr., after 4 o'clock Friday afternoon. Funeral services will be held from the Oakdale Baptist Church Saturday afternoon, Sept. 12, 1959 at 2 o'clock Interment will be in the Pine Crest Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are by Higgins Mortuary, Inc., Mobile, Alabama.
