Juanita was born to Arthur Hill Cochran Sr. and Allena Williams Cochran on 4-17-1923 in Buna, Tx.-Jasper Co. Sisters were Iva, Euna, and Mary Helen. A brother was named Arthur Hill Cochran Jr.(9-20-1929 to 6-29-1930).

Juanita married Dewey Beason and they had 6 children. Dewey died 4-17-1987, and Juanita lived in Longview, Tx. and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. When she was in her later 80's, her children moved her to Farmers Branch, Tx. so they could take care of her about 2 years before she died. She died in a nursing home in Farmers Branch, Tx. at age 90 on Feb. 3, 2014. Both Dewey and Juanita are buried in Morse Cemetery, Jasper Co. Tx.
