Born November 24, 1931 in Pocatello, Idaho to James Royal "Red" Allen and Dora G. Stewart. Married Dale Joseph Tyler in the Logan LDS Temple on September 30, 1954. Graduate of Pocatello High School in 1949. Nea was a Golden Gleaner and served in many LDS Church positions. A graduate of LDS Business College with an Associates Degree in Accounting, she served as a school volunteer in the PTA and raised nine children.
Survivors: husband, Dale J. Tyler; children, Christine Ricks; Cynthia Hubbard (Ray); Dale J. Tyler, Jr. "Joe" (Tammy); Kirk Tyler (Carolyn); Bryce Tyler (Sharron); Nancy Schultz (Paul); Roger Tyler (Michelle); Garth Tyler (Heather); Vance Tyler; 21 grandchildren; sisters, Genee West, Alyce Christensen; brother, Robert Allen.
Funeral services Friday, October 27, 1995 at 1:00 p.m. in the Harvest Park LDS Ward Chapel 3671 South 4180 West, West Valley City. Friends may call at the Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State, Midvale, Thursday 7-9 p.m. and Friday at the church from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Interment, Murray City Cemetery.
