The Montpelier Examiner reports the death of ten persons in Bear Lake county in their last issue. of these ten parties eight of them died with the influenza.

DEATH ANGEL ENTERS TWO HOMES

The Grim Reaper also entered the home of Mr. and Mrs. Milford Birch of this city this morning at three o’clock and took therefrom their eight year old daughter, Pearl Arline.

She was the eldest of four children, and had been ill for about a week with influenza. She was thought to be well on the way to recovery, when the disease affected her heart and caused her death.

She will be buried in Montpelier, although the funeral arrangement have not been made.

Funeral services for Pearl Arline, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Milford Birch, wil be held from the Third Ward meeting house tomorrow at 11 a.m.

Pearl Aline, the nine-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Milford Birch, died at 3 o’clock last Tuesday morning. Last year Pearl was the only member of the family who escaped the influenza. She was taken down with the disease about a week prior to her death, and although she had been very ill for several days, it was thought she had passed the danger period, when the end came unexpectedly, the disease having suddenly affected her heart. She is survived by her parents, two brothers and one sister. Her funeral services were held from the Third ward meeting house this morning at 11 o’clock.
