Death of Mrs. Wilburn (sic)

Mary Elizabeth Wilburn, familiarly known as Grandma Beever, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W.A. Runkle, West Third street, this morning, of a complication of ailments. Funeral services will be held from Reece Chapel Church Sunday afternoon at two o'clock, conducted by Rev. Dinnis of Avalon. Interment in the Burnside cemetery.
She was born March 3, 1839, at Sullivan, Ill. She was married to Josiah Garvin in 1862. Four children were born to this union. Mrs. Wyone Beever, Avalon; Mrs. C.W. Runkle, California; Mrs. W.A. Runkle of this city' M.B. Garvin of Ravenna, Oh. She married a second time to Adam Beever. To this union three children were born, Willis C., who died in infancy; Mrs. Melvin McGinity and Mrs. J.H. Davis, who were at her bedside when the end came. Grandma united with the U.B. Church in her early childhood. Four sisters and one brother survive beside the above mentioned children. Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Diners of Avalon at the Reece Chapel church at 2 p.m. Interment in Burnside cemetery.
