Phil was a retired veteran of the United States Air Force serving in Desert Storm, Korea, Philippines, Germany and Baharan.
Phil was a strong supporter of the 2nd Amendment and loved shooting his guns, working at Primary Arms or helping others learn about the firearms.
Phil is preceded in death by his father, Ramon.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, his son, his mother, brothers and sisters.
