STANHOPE WOMAN WILL BE BURIED AT LAWN HILL CEMETERY
Funeral services for Miss. Ada Allen, 72, who died yesterday at the hospital, will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Methodist church in Stanhope, with the Rev. G. H. Dick and the Rev. C. K. McNary officiating; burial in Lawn Hill cemetery. Dick in charge.
Miss. Allen's death was caused by pneumonia. She had been ill several days.
She leaves one brother Charles, and the following nieces and nephew; Mrs. Wilbur Eyestone, of Grinnell; Bessie, of Ames; Edna, Faye, and Gladys, of Stanhope, and Charles, Jr., of Stanhope.
She was born in Webster county, but had lived in Hamilton county since about 1877. She made her home with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Allen. The father died in 1907 and the mother died in 1932. Following the latter's death, Miss. Allen continued to make her residence on the home place.
She attended the Methodist church and was active in the Ladies Aid as long as her health permitted.
