Jeanette Ford, 64, of Farwell died Wednesday, March 8, 2006, at Covenant Medical Center, Lubbock.

She was born Oct. 22, 1941, in Clovis to Tom and Kate Atchley Lindop.

She grew up in the Oklahoma Lane community and graduated from Farwell High School. She married Barthell Ford Dec. 23, 1960, in Farwell. After they married she helped her husband on the farm. She later became the office manager for the Farwell Abstract Co. She was a member of Hamlin Memorial United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father; her husband and one brother, Dave Lindop.

She is survived by her mother, Kate Lindop of Farwell; her son, Kerry Ford of Farwell; her daughter, Darrisa Tunnell (and husband Rusty) of Lubbock; six grandchildren, Kristin and Travis Tunnell, Shay Ford, Gaylen, Jason and Colton Sudderth; one great-grandson, Mason Ketcherside, and one brother, Dan Lindop of Atmore, Ala.

The Rev. Randy Mullin and Rev. Scott Spitsberg will officiate services. Burial will be at Sunset Terrace Memorial Cemetery, Farwell.

Gaylen, Jason and Colton Sudderth, Shay Ford, Travis and Rusty Tunnell will serve as pallbearers.

Friends and co-workers will serve as honorary pallbearers.

The family has suggested memorials to Cal Farley's Boys Ranch.
