Ruby Pearl AARON, 95, of Benton died at 4:40 a.m. Friday, Aug. 10, 2007, at the
Severin Intermediate Care Home in Benton. Mrs. AARON was born April 19, 1912, in
Thompsonville, the daughter of George Dexter Elimon and Betty Lee (Lance)
Elimon. She married Joe Aaron of April 15, 1930, and he preceded her in death on
Dec. 1, 1984. She was a retired seamstress from the Joan Claire Dress Factory in
Benton and a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union. She was
also a member of the West City Baptist Church.

Surviving relatives include two sons, Bill Aaron and wife, Louise, of West City,
and Bob Aaron and wife, Pat, of Benton; eight grandchildren, Debbie Castleman of
Pleasant Grove, Ala., Mark Aaron of Ewing, Chris Aaron of Mt. Vernon, Craig
Aaron of Louisiana, Karla Genisio of Benton, Cary Aaron of West City, SaLinda
McCommons of Benton and Brad Aaron of Benton; 17 great-grandchildren; six great
great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Faye Aaron of West City; and several
nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Aaron was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, Lavern Aaron,
and one brother, Guy Elimon. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday, Aug.
13, at the Hobbs-Johnson Funeral Home in Benton. Funeral services will be held
at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Beret Mitchell officiating.
Burial will be in the Masonic and Odd Fellows Cemetery in Benton. Memorial
contributions may be made to the West Baptist Church and will be accepted at the
funeral home.
