Peggy came with her family from Canada in 1955. She married Edwin "Ted" Allen on January 17, 1942 in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada and he preceded her in death on November 25, 1997.
Margaret worked for Consumers Power, retiring in 1976. She was a member of the Consumer's Power retiree's club. Peggy was a volunteer at the Battle Creek Health System Auxiliary. She enjoyed playing cards with her friends every Wednesday. She had attended Christ United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her children, Edward (Linda) Allen of Mesa, AZ, Susan M. Green of Battle Creek; grandchildren, Mark and Amy, Kori and David, Trevor and Karyn, Dina, John and Michelle; great-grandchildren, John, Jessica, Tyler, Brianna, Lexi, Joey, Jack, Molly, Harley, Kayden; brother, Bill Cubbon; and her dear friend, Barbara Repack. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 sisters and her brother.
