Katie Pardue Bryant was first married to Robert "Jack" Bryant. They were married in Colorado, Mitchell TX 24 Mar 1890. Born to them were: Martha "Mattie" Bryant born 1892 in TX, died 14 April 1915, Kane Co. UT; Viola E Bryant born 04 Feb 1894 in Midland TX, died 4 Feb 1923, Claypool, Gila, AZ; Hazel "Hootie" Bryant born Jan 1896 in Midland TX; Anna Louise Bryant born 4 Oct 1898 in Midland TX, died 20 November 1963, Burbank, Los Angeles CA; Joseph E Bryant born 1902 in New Mexico; Mamie Bryant born 17 May 1903 in New Mexico, died 20 Jul 1910, Globe, Gila, AZ

in Miami for Mrs. Katie Bryant. Reverend Edwin
Womack pastor of Claypool Methodist Church officiated.
Burial was in Pinal Cemtery.

Mrs. Bryant died Friday at her home in Van Winkle Canyon.
She was born July 30th, 1863, in Midland Texas and had
lived in Arizona since 1906 and in Gila County since 1911.

Survivors are three sons, Joe, William and Robert of Los
Angeles. Two daughters, Mrs. Anna Long of North Holly-
wood California. Mrs. Madge Morey of San Francisco.
