Elizabeth Imeldia "Izzie" Byrnes, was the daughter of Mary Ann Clancy, & Terrence (Terance) Byrnes. Her maiden name, & her married name were the same "Byrnes".

Terrence Byrnes & Mary Ann Clancy were married Feb. 26, 1876 in Savannah. Mary Ann was the daughter of Daniel Clancy, & Bridget O'Donnell. Both of them were born in the Province of Connaught, County Roscommon, Ireland, & died in Savannah, Ga.

Terrence Byrnes died 1878-1879. His widow Mary Ann (Clancy) Byrnes & their daughter "Izzie" Byrnes, then 3 years old, are shown in the 1880 Savannah, Ga. Census, living with her father, Daniel Clancy, and other family members.

Mary Ann Clancy/Byrnes married Thomas Hicks after her 1st husband Terence Byrnes died.
She shares a large tombstone with her 2nd husband Thomas Hicks.
Terence Byrnes died 1878-1879, when his daughter (Elizabeth Imelda "Izzie" Byrnes) was only 3 or 4 years old.
