His date of birth and death are unknown; however, it is most likely he died at birth or shortly afterward and that he is the twin of Alberts. Various family stories passed down stories that there was an Albert not an Alberta. In the 1900 census Louisa C lists having 10 children with 2 deceased. The listing of Cicero and Lois' children in the 1900 census includes every child listed here except the two who were deceased. It is likely that Albert like his sister had a metal marker that was destroyed but failed to be replaced. The markers were destroyed and the person mowing the lawn forgot there were two markers. Later grand children placed new metal markers for Cicero and for one of the children without realizing there were two. It is mostly likely that they are buried next to each other and near their father Cicero. Their mother Louisa C "Arnn" Overcast is buried at the nearby Foundry Hill Community of Christ Cemetery. Sisters Ruby and Ruhama were accurate family historians and neither mentioned a 10th child. Ruhama born in 1899 would have no knowledge but recalled that she was told of a sister who drown in a well when she was about 2 years old and she wrote Alberta on my chart I made in 1949. It seems that Ruby failed to mention her young siblings Alberta and Albert.
