Charles Frederick Anderson was the 13 month old son of Hans C Anderson and Mary Christina Frederickson Anderson. He was born in June of 1884, and died of the measels on July 10, 1885. He was buried in the 6th Street Union Cemetery on July 11, 1885. He was the first born - eventually there were 4 additional children: Augustus Fred Anderson, Charles Oscar Anderson, Anna Anderson, and Dorothy Alice Anderson. Hans is understood to have died in 1897, and Mary re-married a man named Frank Rober (also Roeber, Robber) in Philadelphia in 1898. The surviving siblings show in the 1900 and 1910 Federal Census' with the surname of Rober, afterwhich they reverted to using the Anderson surname. (Bill Mulcahy)
