Alexander Bable, 92, civil war veteran died at 3 a.m. Tuesday at the home of his step-daughter Mrs. W. H. Donley, Emerald Township, Paulding County, where he had lived for the last three years. He had been enfeebled for some time due to the infirmities of age.
Funeral services were held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. in the Methodist church at Junction, with Rev. F.M. Swinehart, pastor of the St. Paul's Methodist church, Defiance, officiating. Burial was in the Junction cemetery.
Mr. Bable leaves no other near relatives.
He was a member of Co. E. 192nd Reg., Ohio Volunteer Infantry
