Leona M. Bailey, 77, died Oct. 12, 1999 at a local hospital. She retired from Western Forge and was a homemaker.
Mrs. Bailey was born May 8, 1922, in Cherokee, Iowa. She was married Nov. 17, 1946, to Ralph B. Bailey.
She is survived by her husband; two sons, Mark E. and Marvin D.; two daughters, Cindy Beasley and Jodi R. Leonard; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from noon to 3 p.m. Sunday at Shrine of Remembrance Funeral Home, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd., 634-1597. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Shrine of Remembrance "America the Beautiful" Chapel of Roses. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 3825 Airport Road.
