Ronald Lanier Driggers, 50, died Sunday, July 4, 2004, at Candler Hospital while under the care of Hospice Savannah. He was a native of Jesup and had lived in Midway the last 24 years. He was a 1971 graduate of Waynec County High School in Jesup, GA.
He was a former employee of Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. Surviving are his wife, Kathryn Morris "Kathy" Driggers of Midway; one son, Jessie Driggers of Jesup; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Driggers of Jesup; one brother, Eddie Driggers of Jesup; two nieces and two nephews. Visitation will be 6-7 p.m. Wednesday, July 7, 2004 at Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel with a memorial service at 7 p.m.
