Mobley Services Saturday
Funeral services for Mrs. Thelma May Mobley, 46, who died suddenly of a heart attack at her home here Wednesday night, are to be held at the Young funeral home with the Rev. Robert Morris, pastor of the West Street Christian church, in charge. Burial will be in the cemetery at Tetersburg.
Born July 1, 1899, at Elwood, Mrs. Mobley was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Webb. Following her marriage to Charles Mobley, the deceased lived in Elwood, and Anderson, before making her home in Tipton.
Mrs. Mobley was a member of the West Side Christian church, and the Loyal Daughters class of the Elta Theta Tau sorority. She was active in the American Legion auxiliary.
Besides the husband, two sons, Charles and Forrest survive. A sister Marian Webb, and the mother, both of Tarzana, Calif., also survive.
