Iva F. Allred was the daughter of Phillip L. and Susan B. (Mason) Stech. She married Charles Bantum Allred and was the mother of Maybelle, Lloyd, and Harry.

50-Year Resident Dies -
Mrs. Iva F. Allred, 83, died last night at Bernath's nursing home. In ill health the past four years Mrs. Allred was hospitalized 10 days before being removed to the nursing home a month ago.
Iva Stech was born July 4, 1879 in Wayne county, Iowa and was married to Charles B. Allred, Oct. 3, 1903 in Corydon, Iowa. They had made their home in Ellensburg for 50 years. As a young girl Mrs. Allred was a member of the Christian church but after moving here took membership in the Methodist church.
Survivors include her husband at the family home, 1325 East Capitol Ave., two sons, L. M. Allred of Walla Walla and Harry Allred of Ellensburg; a daughter, Mrs. Ingvald Jensvold of Ellensburg; a sister, Mrs. Nellie Turner of Puyallup, 19 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
Services will be conducted by the Rev. Mr. Paul Nance at the Evenson chapel, tomorrow at 2 p.m. Burial will be in the IOOF cemetery.
