Cameron Cobb 82, of 240 Kentucky 136 East; Calhoun, Kentucky. Died Saturday February 18, 2006 at his home in Calhoun. Carroll Cameron Cobb was born January 2, 1924 in Rumsey to the late Guy and Grace Baker Cobb. He had retired from the State Highway Department, attended the Rumsey United Methodist Church, and served in the Army Air Corps during World War II. Carmeron also enjoyed working on his computer, learning languages, and reading.
Survivors include his wife, Lola M. Cobb; three sons and their wives, Robin and Sharon Cobb of Rumsey; Cammie and Nona Cobb of Calhoun; and Kevin and Connie Cobb of Henderson; five grandchildren, Tammy Cobb; Paula Cobb (Rob Kedenburg); Jody Dysinger (Sean); Candace Austin (Don); and Cam Cobb; 6 great grandchildren; and two brothers and a sister-in-law, Steve and Erdine Cobb of Rumsey; and Jackie Cobb of Michigan.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel with the Rev. Ken Berggren officiating. Burial will be in the Calhoun Cemetery. Friends may visit with the Cobb Family from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Monday and from 9:00 A.M. until time of services Tuesday at Musters in Calhoun.
The Cobb Family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Calhoun Cemetery Fund; C/O Winfred Williams; P.O. Box 201; Calhoun, Kentucky 42327. Memorial contribution envelopes will be available at Musters in Calhoun.
