Vivian Marie Buchanan was born in Gunnison, Utah, on January 19th, 1941. Her parents were Neil Buchanan and Lucille Johnson Buchanan. She grew up in Gunnison, Utah, but spent many years of her life living in Seattle, Washington, and Palm Springs, California. She was married, but changed her name back to her maiden name of Buchanan. She later returned to live in Salt Lake City, Utah. Vivian is survived by her beloved granddaughters,Shana Madsen, and Cindy Casper; two brothers, Jerry and Roger, sister Charlene, and three great-grandsons. Viviaan was a loving and special person to all who knew her. She will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
