Mark was born in San Diego, California and grew up in Long Beach, CA. He served in the U.S. Army and joined the Costa Mesa Police Department in 1976. His parents, Mario and Dolly passed away in 2003 and 2004 and are buried next to him. He is survived by his daughter Jaime, his brother Alan, sister Mia, two nephews and three nieces. We miss you Mark.
