SWANSEA - Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, April 7, 2008, at Swansea First Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Wilder officiating. Burial will be in Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery. The casket will be placed in the church at 10 a.m.

Mrs. Ezekiel was born in Swansea, a daughter of the late Dukes Edgar and Annie Blanche Hooker Whitaker. She was married to the late Aaron Lee Ezekiel.

She was a member of Swansea First Baptist Church, where she was a choir member and past president of the WMU. She was a former member of the Swansea Garden Club. She retired from Richland Memorial Hospital.

Survivors include a daughter, Cynthia Ezekiel Woods, of Swansea; a grandson and his wife, Jason and Jennifer Liester, of Swansea and three great-grandchildren, Ryan, Reid and Anna Clair Liester, all of Swansea.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home in North and other times at the home, 190 W. St. Paul Street, Swansea.

Memorials may be made to Swansea First Baptist Church. The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff at NHC Lexington, and Tri-County Hospice.
