Joyce M. Armstrong, 56, of 4165 Guilford Springs Road, Chambersburg, Pa, passed away April 13, 1994 in Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, Pa.
Born January 21, 1938 in Chambersburg, she was a daughter of the late John R. and Cecelia M. Miller McCulloh.
She was a 1955 graduate of Chambersburg High School and was self employed in quarter horse ranching.
Mrs. Armstrong was a member of Chambersburg Saddle Club; Pennsylvania Quarter Horse Association, where she served on the board of directors and the Maryland-Pennsylvania Quarter Horse Association.
Surviving are her husband, Robert L. Armstrong, whom she married October 9, 1955 in Chambersburg; two daughters, Sharon A. (Mrs. Timothy W. Sr) Arnett of Marianna, Florida and Barbara J. (Mrs. Stephen L.) MCCleary of Marion, Pa; two sons, Thomas E. of Chambersburg and John L. of York; and five grandchildren.
