Ref: Mrs. M. Edith Barnard, Oxford Mills, Ontario, died on Tuesday, November 6, 1973. She was 94.

Born at Acton's Corners, she was a daughter of the late John Scott and his wife, Mary Ann Morrison.

The former M. Edith Scott, she was married to Mr. Ormond Barnard. She was predeceased by Mr. Barnard in October 1954.

She was a member of St. John's Anglican Church, Oxford Mills.

Mrs. Barnard is survived by one sister: Mrs. Lena Fennell, Winnipeg, Mrs. Stanley Hyndman (Martha) Kemptville, and one nephew, Morris Fennell of Thunder Bay.

The body rested at the Rolston Funeral Home, Kemptville, Ontario, where the funeral service took place in the Chapel on Friday, November 9, 1973 at 2:00 p.m. Reverend R. A. F. Currie of St. John's Anglican Church, Oxford Mills, officiated. Interment followed in the Anglican Cemetery.

Pallbearers were: Stan Brown, Martin Littlejohn, Osborne Shields, George Andrews.
