She also played the organ and played for many funerals.
She was an active member of the LDS Church and served in many callings throughout her life including that of a full time missionary together with John in Oakland, CA.
She always enjoyed being with family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband John, her children Kaye (Dale) Madsen, Steven (Tina) Adams, and Paul (Lisa) Adams, 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters Delmont (Karol) Truman, Deneice (Dexter) Snow, Ada Jane (Lee) Kleinman, Lonnie (Leslie) Truman, and Margaret Marshall.
