Joe Deuschle, 63, of Henley died Saturday, June 5, 1993, at Still Regional Medical Center in Jefferson City. He was born Nov. 18, 1929, at Henley to Durell and Nora Long Deuschle. On May 27, 1950, he was married in Jefferson City to Ruby Teal, who survives at the home.

Mr. Deuschle lived in the Henley community most of his life. He was employed with Tweedie Manufacturing in Jefferson City for 20 years. He also operated an automobile repair garage at Brazito for several years and was employed with the Missouri State Highway Patrol for 15 years prior to his retirement last October.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Deuschle is survived by a son, Randy Deuschle of Jefferson City; a daughter, Melody Kiral of Henley; two sisters, Irene Forester of Iberia and Gladys Gordon of Russellville; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Frieden's United Church of Christ at Brazito with Pastor Michael Miller officiating. Burial was in Hickory Hill Cemetery at Henley under the direction of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon.
