Funeral services for FELIX ABERNATHY who died at his home, five miles out the Hyde's Ferry Road, Saturday night, were held from the residence this morning, conducted by the Rev. W. L. Armstrong. The interment was at the family burying ground. The following friends served as pallbearers: Isaac Newlin, J. K. Sewell, Van Tarkington, Jesse Gaus, William Hardy and J. W. Newlin. Mr. Abernathy was 76 years of age. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. I. B. Spann and Mrs. Robert Walkup.
