Mildred Clayton Parkins Baggett, age 94 of Winchester , passed away Monday, February 25, 2013 at her residence. She was a homemaker. Preceding her in death were her parents, Sam and Bess Parkins; husband, William Cecil Baggett; daughter, Brenda Baggett Starnes; sister, Marie Kilgore; and grandson, William Troy Baggett. Survivors include her sons, William (Roymae) Cecil Baggett, Jr. of Sevierville , TN and Robert E. (Cindy) Baggett, Sr. of Estill Springs; daughter, Kathy Lynn Burks of Melbourne , FL ; grandchildren, Robert (Laurie) Baggett, Jr., Brian (Gena) Baggett, Donna (Scott) Walker, Natalie Baggett, Darlene Miller, Steve (Teresa) Baggett, Chris (Nicole) Burks and Jenny (Josh) Carter; 17 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild. Visitation is 4-8 PM Wednesday at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 12 Noon Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Mt. Garner Cemetery with Rev. Elizabeth Ferguson officiating.
