Mary M. Ambrose, 87, of Monessen, died Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011, in Monongahela Valley Hospital. She was born Dec. 19, 1923, in Monessen, the daughter of the late Ralph and the late Pauline Chiaravalle Mosco.
A homemaker, Mary was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church, Monessen.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Elaine and Edwin Wapiennik, of Monessen; son, Fred J. Ambrose Jr., of the state of California; and a brother, Anthony R. Mosco, of Monessen.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred J. Ambrose; brother, Fred Mosco; and sister, Fannie Ostetrico.
