Theresia Dischler was married to Henry Bindl on May 11, 1898, at St. Luke Catholic Church, Plain, Sauk County, Wisconsin. They had 11 children.

Excerpts from an obituary: Mrs. Theresia Bindl - Friends, neighbors and relatives are grieving at the death of Mrs. Theresia Bindl, age 80, who has done so much for the church and community. She was a conscientious and willing worker who helped out anyone and everyone whenever she was called upon. She lived in this community and on the same farm in White Mound for 62 years. Theresia (Dischler) Bindl was born on a farm near Plain, the daughter of John and Mary Dischler, August 26, 1879. On May 11, 1898, she was united in marriage to Henry Bindl. They moved to a farm at White Mound known as the John Carpenter farm, and lived there with her son Walter and family until her untimely death. To this union were born 11 children. Four of them preceded her in death; three in infancy and Vincent April 25, 1939, who died at the age of 30. Her beloved husband Henry also preceded her in death. He passed away Sept ??. She had suffered with arthritis the past 21 years. She suffered a slight stroke Friday evening and was taken to the Richland Hospital where she passed away early Wednesday morning, May 18.
Survivors. . . Funeral services were held at St. Luke's Church, Plain, Wis., on Friday, May 20. her nephew, Rev. Lawrence bindl of cassville, officiated. She was laid to rest beside her faithful and loving husband, Henry, in St. Luke's cemetery. . . .Pallbears were her six grandchildren. Vernon, Ralph, Harold and James Bindl, Henry ferstl and Robert Weiss. . . Friends and relatives who came from afar to attend the funeral were Robert Wagner, better known as Robbie who was like an adopted son, and son Wayne of Franklin Park, Ill. . . "
