Mrs. Mabel Cook Dickens, widow of the last Scott Dickens, at the home of her father-in-law, G. W. Dickens, in Farson. The deceased was a victim of consumption having suffered patiently for five years. She leaves two sons, Earl, aged 10 years, and Lloyd, aged 8 years. The funeral will be held Thursday afternoon at the Farson M. E. Church. Rev. H. N. Smith of Hedrick will officiate at the services. Interment in Competine Cemetery.
