Sybil Ainsworth, 87, of Bryson died Friday, June 9, 2006, at Graham Oaks Healthcare Center. Funeral services were Sunday, June 11, 2006, at First Baptist Church in Bryson with the Rev. Milton Capps officiating. Burial followed at Cottonwood Cemetery in Jack County under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home in Graham.
Mrs. Ainsworth was born on Jan. 26, 1919, in Graham, to the late Henry Clay and Sallie Mae Choate Lisle. She married Lester Kenneth Ainsworth on Aug. 25, 1939, in Bryson. Mrs. Ainsworth was a member of First Baptist Church in Bryson, retired nurse's aide and a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Lester Kenneth Ainsworth of Bryson; three daughters, Patricia Ann Saeger and husband Howard of Bryson, Joan Inez Robertson and husband Johnnie of Graham and Terry Louise Nantz and husband Larry of Bryson; one sister, Helen Chambers of Graham; one brother, Red Lisle of Graham; five grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one sister, Kathryn Brooks; and three brothers, Alvin, Frank and Dick Lisle.
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church in Bryson.
