Married to Nell. Father of James Lee - Jessy Rowena Gibson - Nancy Labon Mcbride . Son of William Felton and Jessie Gray(Baker) Palmer. Brother to Mammie Mildred-Edna Mae-Nora Ethel-William Cecil- Mary Lois- Shelby Jean. He was our Uncle Boot. My Grandpa "Cecil" and Uncle Boot shared a room when they were kids. they could see thru the openings in the floor and it was really cold. Grandpa said that if any time when they were in bed if he touched uncle Boot, he would pinch him until he screamed.Their christmas presents were candy that their sisters made or if it was a good year they would also receive a apple. They had a close loving family who worked hard and had very little but knew the meaning of family. Back then there was"nt much of anything else.
