Mazzie L.Hodnett Roberson passed away peacfully on April 6, 1998 in Rapides general hospital. My grandmother was the mother 7 children and the grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She was a member of Colfax baptist church for 34 years. She was loving and very generous person, she would do anything to help out someone in need. She is survived by her sons James B. Roberson of Alexandria and Marvin Roberson of Colfax, also 2 daughters Maudie Pope of Orange, Tx and Doris Carr of Virginia. She was predecesed by her husband James B. Roberson, sons Charles Roberson and Larry Roberson and daughter Vera L.Roberson Allen. She was the daughter of Marshall and Amanda Hodnett and the granddaughter of William and Melisse Hodnett. Her sisters were Tressie,Grace,Edna,carrie and brothers Doc,wyatt and jr.
