After Wilson N. Jones' death she married William H. Ainsworth. He had been a partner of Wilson N. Jones in a mercantile store in Caddo. She was ill for a few years before her death suffering from gout. She outlived W. H. Ainsworth and Franklin January and family came to live with her. Her sister Elizabeth Hastings had married into the January family. Frank, his wife Addie, and their daughter Belle Journey helped take care of her before her death.
She left her share of Wilson N. Jones estate to Frank Journey and he filed a claim against the estate which was prolonged for many years. What money was left went to an old existing clinic in Sherman, Texas, and they simply renamed it Wilson N. Jones Hospital.
