Professional Basketball Player. A native of Tuley, Illinois, he played at the forward position for fourteen seasons (1948 to 1950, 1951 to 1962) in the National Basketball Association, with the Chicago Stags, Indianapolis Olympians, Philadelphia Warriors, St. Louis Hawks, Chicago Packers and Syracuse Nationals. His career highlight came as a member of the 1955-1956 NBA Champion Warriors Team. Graboski was one of the earliest players to go directly from high school to the NBA. In 845 career regular season games, he scored 9,280 points with 5,999 rebounds.
