A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church for John E. Admonius, 80, of 1447 E. Patterson St. with the Rev. Donald L. Feicht officiating. Burial will be in Fairmount Memorial Park.
Mr. Admonius died at 7:40 p.m. Sunday at Community Care Center.
He was born May 3, 1914, in Pittsburgh, to Dominic and Edith Admonius and lived most of his life in Alliance. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
A United States Navy veteran of World War II, Mr. Admonius had retired as an inspector from TRW in Minerva in 1983.
Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth (Sarchione) Admonius and the home; two daughters, Mary Jane Klinkoski of Lexington, N.C., and Deborah Booth of Mentor; four sons, John and Eugene, both of Alliance and Albert and Joseph, both of Columbus; three sisters, Dorothy Munoz, Helen Pinter and Sue Simmons, all of Alliance; a brother, Frank of Florida; and six grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Admonius was preceded in death by two brothers, Albert and Tony Admonius.
