Nursing Legend. She was a graduate of Loyola University, served as a Navy Nurse in WWII, and was the long time, highly honored, chief nurse of the Pediatric Clinic at Beaufort Naval Hospital. For a number of years Mrs. G. and her husband Bob ran The Big Wheel Steakhouse on Ribault Road in Beaufort. She was a faithful member of St. Peter's Catholic Church.
